IT Business Application Support

The IT team at Eurotech delivers technology solutions to internal and external customers, enabling our users to achieve more by integrating third-party solutions with custom applications and business intelligence tailored to our business processes.

You will be responsible for internal support on business applications and IT service delivery.
You will report to the Business Applications Manager and work with the rest of the internal IT team and external IT suppliers for the business teams and ensuring excellent daily support for them.

• Being a trusted technology advisor and consultant to the business functions
• You will be the local point of contact for IT Applications requests and assume ownership of incidents whether completing resolution oneself or by consulting with internal IT colleagues and/or outside vendors to ensure timely completion
• Act as liaison between the departments, providing the highest level of customer satisfaction and ensure that IT services are delivered in accordance with the SLA
• Ensure alignment and compliance to the IT strategy, information security, governance and standards
• Act as escalation point for all IT issues in assigned business area

Technical Expertise Required

• Experience programming in one of Java, Python or C#
• Experience in supporting Business Application (ERP, CRM, MES, Project management)
